PAYMENT POLICY 2010
Terms of Payment for 2010 (First Year Students & Certificate students)

No applications will be processed without a R500 admin fee to be paid, upon application. (non-refundable)
Deposit of R4500 (non-refundable) to be paid within 14 days after receiving letter of acceptance.
* A late penalty fee of R500 will be chraged for any student registering after the prescribed dates.
Foreign Students: Full settlement of tuition fee to be paid upon registration. A letter of acceptance will not be issued untill all fees are settled. All foreign transfer fees must be covered by the student.
The paid deposit of R4500 will be deducted from total tuition fee of R48 394. The balance must be paid on date of registration. More payment options are available from our finance department.
Withdrawal Procedure: First year and first time students are granted a withdrawal period until 26 February 2010. A full refund of monies paid, excluding the deposit and enrollment fee, will be made. Written withdrawal notice must reach the Institutional Head by 5pm on 26 February 2010. All withdrawals after 26 February 2010 shall be liable for all and full academic fees due for the entire year.
Default on payments: Please note that 2% interest will be charged per month on the full outstanding amount dating back to the date of the last payment.
