This is more than your usual campus day, it is an opportunity to step into a creative environment where ideas, design, and visual storytelling come to life. You will have an opportunity to engage with our lecturers, connect with our team, and explore the spaces where our students learn, experiment, and grow. We will be running panel discussions as well as workshops, so be sure not to miss out.
The day will run in two sessions, from 09:00-13:00 and from 12:00-16:00. Within these sessions we will be hosting panel discussions that you are welcome to attend, workshops in our creative spaces, or simply just walk around and experience our campus for what it has to offer.
The following sessions will be presented by Academy staff, alumni and creative industry professionals. All panel discussions will be approximately 15 minutes followed by a Q&A session.

Future proofing your career with theory and thinking skills
Critical thinking, problem solving , emotional intelligence and original thought are vital to future proof a career in visual communication. In this panel discussion our lecturers from Marketing, Visual Studies and Discourse demonstrate how these subjects develop these important skills.
AI and its impact on the Creative Industries
This panel discussion engages with the different ways artificial intelligence is shaping the creative industries and how we teach at the Academy. Our lecturers, alumni and guests from industry will reveal how threat becomes opportunity in skilled hands.
